How to use Flower Essences?
One of the most asked questions is how to use flower essences. ‘Easily’ I reply! I am happy to say that using essences is very simple and uncomplicated.
What are Flower Essences?
Let’s have a quick recap of what flower essences are. They are a form of vibrational healing. Each essence contains the energetic imprint of the flower, tree, crystal, environment, gem, or mineral. Flower essences are often described as an infusion from the flowering part of the plant. They are placed in water in sunlight or moonlight and left to imbibe the water with its energy. They are then preserved with brandy, vodka, apple cider vinegar or other forms of natural preservative. This results in the flower essence that you will then be given to help to rebalance your own vibration. We believe that the flower essences interact with our own energy fields to help to address any emotional and mental imbalances.

How to use Flower Essences
You can directly ingest them into water or any drink, or directly under your tongue.
You can mix a few drops of your chosen essence and blend it into a cream, a favourite hand cream, foot cream works well here. Then rub it into your body, you may like to rub it into your wrists, inner elbows, behind your ears, temples, or soles of your feet.
You can add the essences into your bath, or facial steamer.
Using flower essences as a spray works very well. This helps to create a calm and relaxing environment. They are also very useful for space clearing your home. Our energy spray range has a variety of different blends to choose from.
Try using essences to help with meditation and visualisation, either in the drop form or energy sprays. My preference here is the energy spray, I just feel they help to set the space well.

For some they have an immediate impact, for others it takes time. It can often be like the layers of an onion, as you feel you are working through something, another emotional challenge can reveal itself that need to be shifted, have patience with yourself and the essences.
